As our business continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced, trade qualified Cabinet Makers who are passionate about high-end custom joinery.
Interior Mission is a custom joinery business based in Moolap, servicing Geelong, the Surf Coast and surrounding regions. We specialise in architectural residential joinery, delivering bespoke projects across renovations and new home builds.
Working within a small, dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project, from workshop manufacture through to on-site installation.

- High-end architectural joinery

- End-to-end involvement across projects
What We're Looking For
- Trade qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience in architectural or high-end residential joinery
- Installation experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with builders, trades and clients on site
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Desirable
- Experience leading projects
- Ability to mentor apprentices or junior team members
