We are expanding at KX Pilates Melbourne CBD North! As part of the growing KX Pilates network, we deliver dynamic reformer Pilates in a premium, boutique environment with a strong focus on member experience and team culture.We’re looking for a passionate and organised Studio Manager to support the day-to-day running of the studio, lead the team on the ground, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and trainers.
As Studio Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations of the studio while maintaining a welcoming, high performing environment. You’ll work closely with both the studio owner and the Head Trainer, focusing on team support, marketing and member relations to grow and maintain the studio
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a studio environment, thrives on organisations, people interaction and building a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Support weekly class scheduling and trainer rostering
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks including reports, system updates and studio checklists
- Handle general member enquiries via phone, email and in person
Team Leadership
- Provide on-the-ground leadership and support to trainers and staff
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Support positive team culture and communication
Member Experience
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with the KX experience
- Build genuine relationships with members
- Support first-visit follow-ups and ongoing member check-ins
- Assist with retention initiatives and member engagement
Marketing & Community Engagement
-Assist with and implement local area marketing initiatives and in studio promotions
- Support social media content and engagement
- Help execute campaigns, events and studio initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years experience in customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a people-first mindset
- Outgoing, proactive and excited to grow a studio with purpose
- Passion for boutique fitness and community-driven environments
What’s On Offer
- Base Salary: $70,000 per annum + superannuation
- Annual Salary Review after 12 months
- Training and support through the KX network
Hours & Availability
Please note: This role will commence on a part-time basis (approx 25 hours per week), transitioning to full-time when the new CBD studio opens (anticipated October)
Start date: 6th July
Rostered across a mix of morning, day, and occasional afternoon shifts
Some flexibility required during key periods such as events or launches
