Join our
Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
Territory:
NEWCASTLE WEST- Coles Marketown and surrounds including Newcastle Junction,Mayfield, Kotara and Jewellstown
Hours:
Average of 18-30 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
Availability:
Monday to Friday availability is essential
- We are also looking for a support merchandiser in GLENDALE.
Average of 8-20 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs). Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
- Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
