Your Role Includes:
- Minimum 1 year aged care or disability support worker.
- Must have experience with ceiling hoist/full sling lifter
- Assisting with personal care needs such as showering, grooming, and medication. (Experience with bowel care procedures (including enemas) preferred)
- Performing light household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Supporting clients with complex needs or behavioral challenges.
- Helping clients develop life skills like cooking, dressing, and using public transport.
- Keeping detailed updates on client progress after each service.
Requirements:
- National Police Certificate (required) and Working with Children Check (as applicable).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (Preferred)
- Experiences in Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential
