We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our new flagship store at Homebush West. Our newly opened store has had a major overhaul from its previous cafe life, and now is branded Piccolo Me, with a SolBowl.

About the Role:
As a Cafe Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team. Creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Scheduling staff effectively to meet business needs.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and controlling costs. Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively. Building strong relationships with regular customers.
- Sales & Marketing: Driving sales and achieving store targets. Implementing local marketing initiatives and promotions. Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Financial Management: Managing store budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of coffee and food preparation (advantageous).
- Basic computer skills and POS experience.
- Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Potential for Alcohol sales - so experience with this would be great also.
