Retail Bakery Team Member – Vandough
Multiple Locations | Full-time / Part-time / Casual
Vandough is looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking team members to join our retail bakery stores.
Your everyday role:
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Serve and display our bread, pastries, cakes and other products
- Prepare coffee and drinks
- Take orders and process payments
- Restock products and maintain the shop floor
- Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable
- Follow food safety and store procedures
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
We’re looking for people who:
- Have a great attitude and enjoy serving customers
- Are reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
- Can work well in a busy environment
- Are confident communicating with customers
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are willing to learn and follow procedures
- Previous bakery, café or retail experience is an advantage but not essential
Barista experience is a bonus. Training can be provided for the right person.
