You'll work with a diverse range of quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service from the first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs and budget
- Build lasting relationships through honest and professional service
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up sales opportunities
- Maintain an organised customer database using dealership systems
- Achieve monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing and market trends
- Coordinate with finance and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate confidently and build trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
