Rental Bonds Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer focused individual with strong administration skills and high attention to detail to joi n our Housing Services Team. In this role you will assist with ensuring accurate recording and accounting of Housing Services finance records is always maintained.
Key Duties
- Provide exceptional front desk customer service, welcoming and assisting tenants and visitors.
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, room moves, and accommodation administration.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct property and bond inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Liaise with Finance, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate tenancy and billing records.
- Identify and report maintenance, cleanliness, and property-related issues.
- Build positive tenant relationships while managing challenging situations and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas in line with company standards.
