About the opportunity
Play a key role in shaping the future of health infrastructure across NSW. As Program Director, MME & FFE Advisory, you will lead a central function responsible for how complex medical equipment and FF&E are planned, integrated and delivered across major capital projects. You will provide strategic direction, support consistent approaches and drive outcomes that reflect evolving models of care, clinical needs and emerging technologies. Working across a diverse stakeholder environment, you will influence design outcomes, strengthen collaboration with key partners and help deliver high‑quality, future‑ready infrastructure across the health system.
This is a full-time ongoing role. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
You are an experienced leader with a strong background delivering complex programs within infrastructure, health, engineering or asset environments. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, solutions‑focused approach, and are confident translating technical and operational requirements into clear direction and outcomes. You build strong relationships, engage effectively with senior stakeholders and bring people together to achieve shared objectives. With a focus on innovation you build high performing teams, manage risk proactively and deliver large scale outcomes that are future focused, efficient and fit for purpose.
