The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Front of House All-Rounder/Floor Leader who can confidently host, lead the floor and assist with bar and coffee service.
You’ll help keep every service organised, support the team and make sure our guests leave happy.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests warmly and professionally.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Manage table flow and keep service running smoothly.
- Deliver excellent floor, bar and coffee service.
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members and the kitchen.
- Prepare quality coffees consistently.
- Assist with cocktails and general bar service.
- Maintain venue cleanliness and presentation.
- Uphold RSA requirements and venue policies.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
You must have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a busy restaurant, café or bar.
- Strong floor-service and organisational skills.
- Confident English communication skills.
- Proven reliability and a genuine work ethic.
- Solid barista skills in a high-volume environment.
- Cocktail and basic spirits knowledge.
- The confidence to lead and support a team.
- Full weekend availability.
- A current NSW RSA certificate.
- The ability to learn quickly, take direction and use initiative.
