Applicants should possess:

- Demonstrated experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
