About your role
As a Food Services Officer - Redland Residential Care, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality food services for residents, staff and visitors.
In this role, you will:
Prepare, assemble and distribute meals and beverages
Deliver meals accurately and efficiently to residents
Support kitchen and food service operations as required
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
Assist with stock handling, rotation and storage activities
Operate equipment safely and complete required records
Follow dietary requirements and allergen management processes
Provide respectful and professional customer service
Participate in quality improvement and safety activities
