Position Overview
We're seeking a Casual Warehouse Assistant to help with order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties. This role suits someone who’s hands-on, organised, efficent and enjoys physical work in a fast-moving environment.
Hours
- Casual role: 3 to 4 shifts per week
- Flexible weekdays – approximately 15 to 20 hours weekly (with potential for more)
- School Hours considered
Duties Will Include
- Accurately pick and pack online orders
- Check items for quality and correctness
- Receive and unpack new stock deliveries
- Organise shelves and maintain inventory systems
- Keep warehouse clean and safe
- Follow all safety and handling procedures
- Label and consign parcels for dispatch
What You’ll Need
- Valid forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfilment role
- Good physical fitness – ability to safely lift and move boxes
- Great eye for detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Reliable transport to Coomera location
