We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer to join our high performing, friendly and innovative Private Clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a highly regarded practice and gain exposure to a broad range of probate and estate matters.

About the team
This is a growth role, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters while developing your technical expertise and client relationship skills.
You will work across:
- Estate planning, including advising on and preparing complex testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship appointments.
- Estate administration, both testate and intestate, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration from the Supreme Court.
- Trust advice and administration.
- Guardianship Division matters.
- Estate disputes and contested estate litigation, including family provision claims, challenges to the validity of wills and disputes arising from estate administration.
About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- 1-3 years PQE
- Experience or a demonstrated interest in probate and deceased estate administration,
- Experience or a demonstrated interest in estate planning, estate disputes and contested estate litigation,
- A passion for client service and client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team
