About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Counter Manager to join our Sisley Paris team at David Jones Robina.
As a Sisley Counter Manager, you will thrive on delivering exceptional client experiences, developing long term client relationships and achieving outstanding retail sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Performance: Achieve retail sales targets, KPI and productivity targets.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations and service.
- Build a loyal client base through relationship selling and proactive clienteling.
- Perform Sisley’s signature luxury skincare consultations and bespoke facial treatments.
- Manage daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, reporting and administration.
You will bring:
- Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor within luxury beauty
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- A genuine passion for skincare, beauty and delivering personalised client experiences.
- A professional, polished presentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and create loyal advocates for the Sisley brand.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
