Job Description
We are looking for a Talent & Culture Advisor to join our team in Perth. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality services across the employee lifecycle and the general business. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll facilitate payroll processing, onboarding of employees, HR administration and the continuous improvement of our operations.

Preparing employment contracts, variations, and related documentation

Managing onboarding and offboarding processes

Coordinating probation reviews and employment changes

Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS

Processing of fortnightly payroll for Australia & Europe

Reviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy

Ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changes

Supporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controls

Contributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systems

Conducting regular data audits and validation checks

Generating HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and leadership reporting

Identifying trends and insights to inform process and policy improvements
Qualifications

Must have experience in payroll processing, experience using Definitiv or similar systems an advantage

HR Generalist experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
