Math & English Tutors Wanted | High School & University StudentsAbout the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Math and English Tutors to join our team in a casual capacity. This role is perfect for Year 11 and 12 ATAR students or current university students who have completed Year 12 and achieved their WACE certificate. You will be conducting both one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions with primary and high school students. You will work in a highly welcoming and supportive environment designed to help both you and your students thrive.
Hours & Schedule
- Shift Times: Primarily afternoon shifts around 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on weekdays and Saturday 9:00AM - 3:00PM, depending on students per class
- Candidates must have availability during these afternoon hours on weekdays and weekends.
- Highly flexible scheduling to easily fit around your high school exam blocks or university timetables.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Math and English tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students.
- Adapt to teaching students individually or in small group dynamics.
- Use provided curriculum materials to help students improve their academic skills and confidence.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and patient attitude during sessions and when communicating to parents
Requirements
- Currently in Year 11 or 12 studying ATAR, OR a current university student.
- Must have completed Year 12 and obtained your Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) (if graduated).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping younger students learn.
- Ability to travel to our tutoring location.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 15.0 per week
