We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cadet Sales Assistant to join our flooring retail team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in retail sales while learning about the flooring industry.
About The Role
As a Cadet Sales Assistant, you will work alongside experienced team members to develop your product knowledge and sales skills. You will assist customers in selecting the right flooring solutions while providing outstanding customer service. We’re open 6 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 9am and 5pm, giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Learn about our range of flooring products, including carpet, timber, laminate, vinyl, and hybrid flooring.
- Help customers choose products that suit their needs, style, and budget.
- Prepare quotations and process sales transactions.
- Assist with merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Follow our established WHS practices to ensure you and team are always safe at work.
