Mountain Biking Rental & Retail Assistant
As a Mountain Biking Rental & Retail Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner, handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, making the product selection for the guest and assisting guests with the selection and setup of rental equipment. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbo’s wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail sales
- Experience in mountain biking desirable
- Experience in bike servicing & maintenance
- Experience in tourism with strong customer services kills
- NSW Working with Children’s Check
Retail and Rental Lead Hand
Our MTB team is looking for a Retail and Rental Lead Hand who is passionate about the industry, drive sales and create an engaging workspace for our retail and rental team members. The MTB Retail and Rental Lead Hand will be responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the MTB Retail store encompassing retail sales, customer service, and rental fit-out. Working with the MTB Retail & Rental Supervisor, your aim will be to facilitate the effective and safe operation of MTB Retail & Rental and be a primary contact whilst on shift.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in the use of POS systems, inventory software, etc
- 2 yrs + Experience in MTB retail or wholesale sales
- Experience in tourism with strong customer service skills
