Warehouse Officer – Centurion Transport
Centurion Transport is a leading Australian logistics and transport company providing freight, warehousing, heavy haulage, and supply chain solutions across Australia. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Officer to support our warehouse and distribution operations.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and dispatching goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth movement of freight and maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Control
Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery documentation.
Store products in designated warehouse locations.
Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Receiving & Dispatch
Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch.
Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate freight bookings and transport requirements.
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and on time.
Warehouse Operations
Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment where licensed.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
Administration & Communication
Process delivery paperwork and shipping documentation.
Update warehouse databases and inventory systems.
Prepare stock and inventory reports as required.
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
Skills & Requirements
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
Forklift licence is often desirable.

Pay: From $5,400.00 per month
