Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an outgoing, organised, and driven B2B sales professional who is passionate about building relationships with business owners and helping organisations find smarter ways to operate.
This is a phone-based sales role focused on connecting with decision-makers, understanding how their business works, and helping them solve problems around printing, communications, and workplace technology.
Success in this role comes from curiosity, consistency, resilience, and the ability to build trust. While sales experience is essential and important, we're equally interested in people who genuinely enjoy helping businesses improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You have proven experience selling over the phone in a B2B environment and are comfortable engaging business owners, office managers, operations managers, IT managers, and senior decision-makers.
Most importantly, you're motivated by results, enjoy creating opportunities, and are excited by the challenge of winning new business.
Your Role
This is a phone-based new business development role focused on generating opportunities and winning new business across Western Australia and Australia.
You'll spend your day connecting with businesses, uncovering challenges, identifying opportunities, and introducing solutions that can improve the way organisations operate.
You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, nurturing opportunities, and converting conversations into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage business decision-makers
- Asking meaningful questions to understand each client’s needs, story and motivations
- Following up opportunities consistently and professionally to support clients in moving forward
- Present tailored office technology solutions
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Manage the sales process from first contact through to when you get a “YES”
- Cost the solution and prepare proposals/quotes
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and activities within CRM systems

What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B phone sales, telesales, business development, or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable
- Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
- A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
