Lead Educators
We’re looking for confident Diploma-qualified educators who are ready to lead a room, inspire their team and create meaningful learning opportunities for children.
You’ll bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Or working towards)
- Current Blue Card
- Strong curriculum and programming knowledge
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- A genuine passion for building relationships with children and families
Assistant Educators
We’re also looking for enthusiastic Certificate III qualified educators who love being hands-on, supporting children’s learning through play and contributing to a positive and collaborative room environment.
You’ll bring:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Or working towards an ECE qualification)
- Current Blue Card
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for play-based and nature-inspired learning
