Employment Type: Full-Time - No weekends
Working Days: Monday to Friday. The position requires availability to work until 7:00 pm on one to two evenings per week, as our practice operates three late nights. Flexible arrangements, including consideration of a 9-day fortnight, may be available for the right candidate.

The purpose of this job is..
To deliver a high-quality front-office experience within the dental practice, managing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while also providing chairside assisting to support clinical care delivery. To contribute to the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the practice.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences by providing occasional chairside clinical support, assisting with treatments and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in accordance with infection control standards.
- Serve as the welcoming face and organised hub of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, daily reconciliations, and ensuring accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice by maintaining efficient schedules, systems, and workflows.
- Demonstrate excellence, safety, and integrity by adhering to practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and data security obligations, while consistently role-modelling Bupa’s values.
