Elimilio Creative is looking for a reliable and creative casual team member to join our growing luxury event styling business in Caringbah.
This is a varied, hands-on role assisting with the preparation, delivery, setup and pack-down of events across Sydney.
The role may include:
- Preparing equipment and styling items for weekend events
- Assisting with balloon garlands and balloon preparation
- Assisting with basic floral arrangements and event styling
- Packing orders and preparing customised event items
- Loading and unloading vans and trucks
- Delivering and collecting event hire equipment
- Assisting with on-site setups and pack-downs
- Setting up soft play, jumping castles, backdrops, balloons and props
- Cleaning equipment and keeping the warehouse organised
What we are looking for:
- A full Australian driver’s licence is essential
- Confident and experienced driving vans
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving weighted equipment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when required
- Available for a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
- Friendly, well presented and comfortable interacting with clients and venue staff
- Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
- Creative, practical and willing to learn
- Previous experience in events, balloons, florals, warehousing, deliveries or styling is helpful, but not essential
- Assisting with the setup and pack-down of soft play, jumping castles, backdrops, balloons and event equipment.
Hours will vary each week depending on our event schedule. The role will generally include weekday preparation shifts and weekend delivery, setup and pack-down work.
Expected hours: 8 to 20 per week, with additional hours available during busy event periods. Hours will vary depending on the weekly event schedule.
We are based in Caringbah, with events held throughout Sydney.
