As Manager, Engagement & Wellbeing, you won’t just support culture, you will architect it.
You’ll lead the strategy, shape the narrative, and embed the systems that define how thousands of employees feel, connect, and perform at work.

This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets execution.
You will:
Design and drive enterprise-wide engagement, culture and wellbeing strategy that is future-focused, evidence-based and aligned to organisational reform
Partner with executive, business leaders, People Partners and stakeholders to provide expert, evidence‑based advice and develop fit‑for‑purpose tools, policies and initiatives that support business outcomes and workforce culture.
Turn complex data into clear insights and decisive action, shaping priorities across the organisation
Build solutions that balance performance, care and compliance—from psychosocial wellbeing to organisational culture

Deliver highly influential advice on complex workforce challenges, navigating ambiguity with confidence
Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, scalable outcomes with real impact
What Sets You Apart

You will bring:
A proven track record shaping organisation-wide engagement, culture or wellbeing transformations
The ability to cut through complexity, using data and insight to drive meaningful change
Confidence and presence to influence senior leaders and shift mindsets
