Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens is a 138-room hotel set across 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Featuring modern conference facilities, an on-site restaurant, and recreational amenities, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and team members.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced Guest Service Agents to join our friendly and professional Front Office team. This role may include regular Night Audit shifts every Friday and Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:00am, making flexibility and reliability essential.

About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel and the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Departure
- Deliver a warm welcome and friendly farewell to all guests.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
Guest Services
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and requests via phone, email, website, and in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, accommodation options, and local attractions.
Administration & Billing
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Ensure guest profiles, reservations, company accounts, and room rates are updated correctly.
Operational Support
- Liaise effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Complete Night Audit procedures accurately and efficiently during designated shifts.
Sales & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through the promotion of hotel facilities, accommodation upgrades, and additional services.
Guest Transfers
- Safely operate the hotel's minibus for scheduled guest transfers to and from transport hubs, events, and other destinations.
- Provide a professional and friendly transportation experience.
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Reservations, or a similar customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays, and rotating Night Audit shifts.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using MEWS Property Management System and POS systems.
- Previous Night Audit experience within a hotel environment.
