About the Role
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Stapylton, QLD.
This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to keep processes running efficiently.
Your work pattern will include:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (standard hours)
- 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team
- Accurately enter data and maintain records within warehouse systems
- Assist with stock control, reconciliations, and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, HACCP, and GMP standards
What You'll Bring
- Previous administration experience in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment (preferred)
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and team-focused approach
