About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our broker, referral partner, and professional network across Sydney. The role is focused on building trusted relationships and increasing adoption of our finance platform.
You will work with brokers, accountants, real estate professionals, business advisers, introducers, and lender contacts to show how the platform helps partners submit, manage, and convert finance opportunities more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage relationships with brokers, referral partners, accountants, real estate professionals, business networks, and introducers.
· Drive partner onboarding, platform demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing adoption activity.
· Manage a pipeline of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and partnership opportunities.
· Present the platform clearly, including digital application workflows, broker tools, lender matching, document handling, and operational support.
· Work with marketing on partner campaigns, Mandarin-language outreach, webinars, events, and sales material.
· Gather market feedback from brokers, clients, and partners to help improve platform workflows and commercial positioning.
· Represent the business at meetings, industry events, community functions, and partner presentations.
About You
· Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, relationship management, or account management.
· Confident presenting to brokers, business owners, accountants, property professionals, and senior stakeholders.
· Strong commercial judgement, disciplined pipeline management, and ability to follow through consistently.
· Comfortable explaining technology-enabled workflows in practical business terms.
· Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a growing Sydney-based business.
· English fluency required; Mandarin capability is highly regarded.
· Experience in mortgage broking, lending, finance, fintech, property, migration-linked professional services, or B2B partnerships is strongly preferred.

Pay: $160,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
