We provide a dining experience centred around modern brasserie fare with a distinct French lean.
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Casual Chef to join our tight-knit culinary team. This role offers an immediate start with excellent casual hours, and for the right candidate, a genuine opportunity to evolve into a full-time position.

The Role & Requirements
We are looking for a reliable team player who is ready to hit the ground running. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:
- Availability: Must be available to work 5 days per week, Wednesday through Sunday (we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
- Work Rights: You must hold full working rights for Australia.
- Experience: Experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen (experience with French or modern brasserie cuisine is a major plus!).
- Passion: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality, seasonal produce.
