The purpose of this role is to support and coordinate the successful delivery of strategic workforce and digital enhancement projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, project governance and organisational change.
What you'll do
In this role you will coordinate project activities and documentation, develop project plans and progress reports, support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives, prepare communication materials and key messages, facilitate workshops, focus groups and information sessions, identify and manage project risks and issues, contribute to governance and reporting requirements, undertake research and analysis activities, and support the successful delivery of workforce and digital transformation projects.

Has demonstrated experience delivering complex projects and project outcomes
Has strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Can develop high-quality communication and engagement materials
Has experience supporting change management initiatives
Possesses excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Can manage competing priorities while delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment
