Our client, Future Care Consultants, is seeking an experienced full-time Office Manager to join its team in Melbourne, Victoria. The position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
Future Care Consultants is a team of experienced Education Consultants based in Australia, consisting of Experienced and Qualified Education Agent Counsellors (QEAC) who assist international students wishing to study overseas. Established in 2015, the company represents over 250 Education Providers worldwide with a portfolio of over 4200 students and is committed to providing honest advice and ethical education counselling with Integrity, Authenticity, Honesty and Respect.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting in the development and implementation of office procedures, service standards, and administrative priorities.
· Coordinating the effective use of staff, office facilities, and workplace resources to support daily operations.
· Delegating administrative duties to team members and monitoring workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
· Monitoring client enquiry management systems to ensure efficient communication and timely follow-up with prospective students.
· Assisting with the coordination of student application documentation and administrative support services.
· Liaising with education consultants, partner institutions, and external stakeholders to support business operations and resolve administrative matters.
· Maintaining accurate student, client, financial, and administrative records in accordance with business requirements.
· Preparing operational reports and administrative summaries to support management decision-making and business planning.
· Coordinating staff recruitment, onboarding, training, leave administration, payroll support, and performance review processes.
· Overseeing the maintenance and availability of office equipment, systems, and supplies required for day-to-day activities.
· Ensuring workplace practices comply with work health and safety requirements and company policies.
· Monitoring administrative processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
· Must hold both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Should have at least three (3) years of relevant office management or administration experience, preferably within an education, consultancy, or professional services environment.
Note: Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
