Full Time Salary $126,000- $135, 000 plus Superannuation (salary based on experience)
GEO is seeking highly capable and experienced Senior Clinician to provide leadership across our Rehabilitation and Reintegration Services at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, with periodic involvement at the GEO Community Reintegration Centre.

Senior Clinicians at GEO play a pivotal leadership role in the Continuum of Care model, ensuring high-quality assessment, intervention and reintegration support for prisoners and those transitioning post-release. If you are passionate about developing others, strengthening evidence-informed practice, and shaping the future of rehabilitation, this role offers significant scope for professional growth and impact.
As a Senior Clinician, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians delivering services both in custody and post-release. You will:
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice.
Drive continuous improvement, including data quality, report review, professional development and training facilitation.
This role combines leadership, clinical expertise, system influence and meaningful impact.

Ravenhall Correctional Centre is a national leader in rehabilitation, offering an integrated service system that spans in-custody treatment through to post-release support.
