We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Riverstone Campbell St (72-place centre).

About the Role
As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
