The opportunity
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead our DFO Brisbane store — delivering standout customer experiences, energising a high-performing team, and driving strong commercial results. DFO Brisbane is one of Queensland's busiest outlet destinations, with high traffic and serious pace. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to step up — you'll run the floor with confidence, take the lead in the Store Manager's absence, and build the skills to take a store of your own. What you'll do
- Support your Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
- Lead from the front on the floor — and take full ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
- Coach and develop the team through in-the-moment feedback and training.
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
- Support smart, commercial rostering aligned to trade and wage targets.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store, every day.
