What we are looking for
- Substantial experience in civil construction and maintenance, with the ability to coordinate crew activities and meet required standards
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience supervising teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Current MR driver licence and flexibility to work outside standard operational hours as required
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver quality service
- Commitment to safety, with the ability to identify risks and support a strong safety-first culture

Application Criteria
- Leadership skills with a commitment to motivating your team to achieve high work standards.
- MR driver licence, high level of experience in a range of civil maintenance works, e.g. Working with asphalt, road pavement repairs, and storm water.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with members of the public, co-workers, and contractors.
