About Us
We are a small, family-run tax accounting practice supporting a wide range of clients including small-medium enterprises, individuals and sole traders, partnerships, trusts, self-managed superannuation funds, and non-for-profit organisations. We offer hands-on training, exposure to real client work from day one, and a supportive environment for new graduates starting their accounting careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and data entry
- Preparing cashbooks
- Preparing individual and business tax returns
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Preparing Business Activity Statements
- Assisting senior accountants with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred but not required
- Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
- Overall Credit WAM and above or Accounting Major Credit WAM and above
- No prior professional accounting experience needed, everything will be taught
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Remuneration
- $60k ~ $70kp.a. + 12% superbased on experience
