In this role, you'll:
You will lead the planning, development and delivery of regional ferry facilities, programs and service operations to meet performance targets and optimise resource utilisation.
You will drive safe, efficient and commercially focused delivery of ferry works programs in a complex operational and stakeholder environment.
You will manage teams, contracts and stakeholder relationships to deliver projects on time, within scope, cost and quality, supporting community and customer outcomes.

About you:
Extensive experience in engineering works planning, budgeting, program delivery and managing a direct control workforce, with strong knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
Demonstrated maritime industry experience and a sound understanding of maritime operations, asset maintenance / management, and service delivery.
Proven experience managing operational teams, contractors, and resources in a complex, safety-critical environment.
You’re recognised as an ethical and collaborative leader, skilled at stakeholder engagement, contract management and communicating complex information clearly.
You bring experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and ferry or infrastructure works delivery to achieve efficient, safe and customer-focused outcomes.
A four-year engineering degree from an Australian university or equivalent overseas qualification is required
