The Role
Our Customer Administrative Officer role will provide support for the business's day to day operations. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Efficiently manage administration duties
- Respond to inquiries over the phone and via email
- Data entry of customer's orders
- Minor invoicing and billing duties
- General administration, reception and customer service duties
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment
- Experience in a data entry or Administration type role

Pay: $57,300.00 per year
