We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced male and female Support Workers to join our growing team in the Macksville area, providing person-centred support to NDIS participants.
About the Role
You'll be supporting participants with:
- Daily living activities
- Community access
- Behaviour support
- Skill development and independence
- Building meaningful, trusting relationships
This role is best suited to someone who is patient, proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals.
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting participants with Level 3 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex support needs
- A sound understanding of positive behaviour support and behaviour management strategies
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
