Job Description – All-Rounder Cook / Barista (Temporary to Permanent) Location:
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused All-Rounder Cook / Barista to join our team. This position begins as a temporary/casual role, with the opportunity to become a permanent part-time or full-time position for the right candidate based on performance, reliability, and business needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve quality coffee and other beverages. Cook breakfast and light café meals to a high standard. Assist with food preparation and maintain food safety standards. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Take customer orders and process payments. Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked. Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen duties. Work efficiently during busy service periods. Support other team members and complete general café tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience as a barista and/or cook is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
