The Account Manager Role
Regular travel to BMSA and customer locations
Identify, evaluate & target business opportunities
Acquire new customers by understanding & fulfilling their requirements
Work with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions & increase business
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service
Forecast, plan, report & manage market intelligence
The Management Accelerator Program
Embedded regularly in business functions e.g. Finance, Logistics, Field Engineering, HR, IT etc
Learn from subject matter experts in multiple fields
Gain exposure to every level of the business
Build the foundations of your future managerial opportunities
About You - Essential
Demonstrated account management or business development experience or strong aptitude, motivation & transferable skills
Superior communication ability; both verbal & written
An effective collaborator with internal & external stakeholders
Acceptance of frequent & regular interstate travel
Comfortable transitioning from board room to client sites with environments of dirt, dust, heat & cold
Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others
A valid driver’s licence and current work rights in Australia
