What your day could look like
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll play a key role in improving communication and swallowing outcomes across a regional health service. From managing complex caseloads to shaping service delivery, you'll work closely with others to deliver care that is responsive, evidence-based and makes a real difference.

Delivering advanced clinical care that supports better outcomes across diverse settings
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to guide care decisions

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant Speech Pathology qualification and current professional certification
Experience delivering care across varied clinical settings and patient groups
Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
You'll stand out if you have rural or generalist experience and/or postgraduate study in Speech Pathology or leadership.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering care that improves lives and reflects compassion, dignity, integrity, innovation and courage.
