The opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to join our Duketon Operations. Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the site administration team while supporting a broad range of operational, financial and personnel administration activities across site.
This is a key leadership position that will work closely with operational leaders, corporate departments and external service providers to ensure the efficient delivery of administration, travel coordination, financial reporting and workforce support services. You will play an important role in maintaining seamless site operations while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Supervising and supporting Site Administrators team
Coordinating mobilisation, flight bookings and travel logistics
Preparing monthly operational and financial reports
Managing administrative aspects of purchasing and supply requirements across the operation
Ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training and capability development within the Administration Department
Documenting, managing and reporting on administration activities, performance metrics and statistics
Overseeing personnel administration and employee records management
Providing administrative support to the SLT
Building strong working relationships with site leadership, corporate teams and external service providers
Skills and Experiences:
About you
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a Senior Site Administration, Administration Supervisor or similar leadership role, or a related operational support function
Experience in accounts administration
Previous experience leading and developing administration teams
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and financial administration systems
A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting operational excellence
