About the Role
Seeking a reliable team member to join our Australia Post Licensed Post Office. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operation of the post office.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing parcels, letters and postal transactions
- Banking and bill payment services
- Cash handling and daily balancing
- Opening and closing the post office
- Assisting customers with Australia Post products and services
- Stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintaining security and compliance procedures
Essential Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
Preferred
- Previous Australia Post or LPO experience
- Lottery or newsagency experience
- Experience opening and closing a retail business
Pay: $27.58 per hour
Work Location: In person
