POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Content Coordinator is a production-focused role that brings Adelaide Fringe’s digital content to life. This is a multi-skilled position for someone who loves making things; designing scroll-stopping graphics, editing tight short-form videos, and publishing content with precision timing across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Digital Content Lead, you will execute against the content strategy, maintain the scheduling calendar, support EDM delivery and keep Adelaide Fringe’s digital presence dynamic, consistent and on-brand.
This role suits a creative all-rounder with production and design capability who thrives on variety and takes pride in their craft. You don’t need to be a specialist in everything, but you should be genuinely skilled across design and video editing, comfortable with social media platforms and scheduling tools, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving arts environment.
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Department: Digital, Marketing and Ticketing
Supervises: Nil
Internal Liaisons: Digital Content Lead, Head of Marketing, Marketing Project Lead, Performance Marketing Manager, Design Studio, Partnership Account Managers, Artist & Venues team, Finance team, Ticketing team and any other Adelaide Fringe staff as required.
External Liaisons: Adelaide Fringe stakeholders including artists, venues, partners, photography/videography contractors and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production & Design
- Create engaging, platform-native social media assets including graphics, short-form video, motion content and image edits suited to each channel.
- Design social media content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools, working within Adelaide Fringe brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
- Edit and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Stories, including basic motion graphics, captions and audio.
- Support in-house photography and video capture during campaign periods and festival season as required.
- Collaborate with the Design Studio and Copywriter on integrated campaign assets
Social Media Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and publish organic social media content across Adelaide Fringe channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage the social media scheduling calendar in collaboration with the Digital Content Lead, ensuring content goes live on time and to brief.
- Monitor social media channels and manage community engagement, including responding to comments and DMs in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Support campaign delivery during high-volume periods and assist with continuity during team absences
EDM & Digital Communications Support
- Assist the Marketing Project Lead with EDM scheduling and delivery across key campaign periods.
- Coordinate EDM assets including imagery, copy, links and segment lists to ensure communications are accurate and on-brand.
- Support delivery of EDM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using approved templates and assets.
Digital Asset Management & Campaign Coordination
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries including photography, video, design files and marketing materials.
- Coordinate content approvals and delivery timelines with the Digital Content Lead and wider Marketing team.
- Ensure all content and communications align with Adelaide Fringe brand guidelines, visual identity standards and written tone of voice.
- Provide administrative and campaign support to the Marketing team as required.

- Act as an ambassador for Adelaide Fringe’s culture, values and brand across all communications and interactions.
