Home & Beyond Nursing & Care is looking for an experienced and caring Registered Nurse to join our small community nursing team on a casual basis.
We provide nursing care to clients in their own homes across Melbourne, predominantly in the eastern, south-eastern, inner Melbourne and Bayside areas.
This position would suit an experienced RN looking for flexible casual work, including someone already working part-time who would like additional community nursing hours.
We are particularly looking for an RN experienced and confident in:
● SPC changes and management
● IDC changes and catheter care
● Wound assessment and wound management
● Community and/or aged-care nursing
● Working independently in clients’ homes
● Clinical documentation and communication with GPs, specialists, care partners and families
Experience in continence care, palliative/end-of-life care and Support at Home nursing would be highly regarded.
Requirements:
● Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
● Current police check
● Professional indemnity/public liability insurance
● Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
● Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
● Warm, professional and reliable approach to clients and families

Home & Beyond Nursing & Care is a small, RN-led community nursing service. We focus on providing personalised nursing care and maintaining continuity for our clients. You won’t be one of dozens of nurses in a large organisation — you’ll work closely with the owner/RN and become part of a small clinical team.
