We are HeyOK - we do photo booths and visual content creation for large scale branded activations, to private parties and corporate events. We are committed to creating high end visual experiences for our clients.
We are looking for a professional & dynamic team member, to setup and work at unique events and deliver highly shareable creative content.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be the face of HeyOK at onsite at events, helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to step up and use our booths. You will ensure our equipment arrives safely, is all in working order and everything runs smoothly on the day (or night!)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Warehouse tasks inc. organisation, cleaning, logistics, and ensuring the booth equipment is prepped and tested prior to the event and arrives safely and set up efficiently, neatly and on-time
- Helping guests understand how the booth works and encouraging usage.
- Trouble shooting and maintenance of the booth equipment (printer, lighting, camera, software)
- Pack down the booth equipment efficiently, neatly and in a timely manner and provide written feedback on any issues or learnings from the event or about the gear
You have:
- MUST have a valid drivers licence and car
- MUST have some flexible availability
- Basic camera and lighting knowledge desirable (training will be provided on all our equipment)
- Knowledge of Windows and iOS
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Great and clear communication skills and initiative as you will be working alone with remote support
- A positive attitude to change and an ability to think on your feet
- A collaborative attitude and approach to working with clients, customers and your team members
- The ability to be flexible with working hours and requirements as this role requires night and weekend work, and last minute changes. This is the nature of EVENT work.

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
