DENTAL ASSISTANT TRAINEE — First Choice Dental, Narellan

First Choice Dental is looking for a mature, motivated, career-driven school leaver to join us as a Dental Assistant Trainee. This is a full-time, one-year traineeship working towards your Certificate III in Dental Assisting. Real responsibility, real training, and a genuine pathway into a dental career.
This isn’t a job for someone who wants to be told what to do all day. We’re after someone who thinks, acts, and takes ownership.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting our clinicians chairside across all procedures
- Preparing and turning over treatment rooms to a high standard
- Managing sterilisation and infection control to a meticulous standard
- Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
- Keeping the practice running smoothly at pace

The details
- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- Not suitable for university students due to full-time hours and study requirements
- Practice hours:
- Mon & Wed: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Tue & Thu: 8:45am – 7:30pm
- Fri: 7:45am – 4:00pm
- Saturdays reopening soon
