Key Responsibilities
- Use your sales expertise to assist customers and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide professional advice on phone repairs, accessories, and tech products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a solutions-focused approach.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
- Stay up to date with the latest phone repair trends, tools, and technology.
- Adapt quickly in a busy retail and repair environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Phone repair experience (preferred but not essential for sales roles).
- Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A fast learner who can adapt to new systems and customer needs.
- Passion and willingness to learn phone repair techniques and product knowledge.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
