We are excited to be opening our brand-new location in Werribee and are looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a new store from the beginning, working alongside a supportive team and helping establish the standards and culture of our Werribee location.
About the Role
As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a consistently high-quality coffee and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality espresso and coffee beverages.
- Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout service.
- Texturing milk and producing quality coffee presentation.
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
- Working collaboratively with the wider café team.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
